WOW what type of chickens to you have? That seems high for them to get fly up that high or do you have a ramp?

All different kinds! Mostly Buff Orpingtons, EE. Silkies, All differernt kinds of mixed bantams. No - I don't have a ramp. They just fly up there! I have 67 chickens in that pen so you kinda need a big, tall roost!

All different kinds! Mostly Buff Orpingtons, EE. Silkies, All differernt kinds of mixed bantams. No - I don't have a ramp. They just fly up there! I have 67 chickens in that pen so you kinda need a big, tall roost!

I have 3 roosts one only 2 feet for silkies, another at 4, and the other is near the ceiling for large birds.
