How high should a roost be for a Silkie?

I have heard that Silkies can't fly, or at least can't fly far. How high should the roost be for the Silkies? Can they jump up? Or take a short flight?

My silkies can jump up into their coop which is at least two feet off the ground so I know they can jump/fly that high.

My Silkie rooster can fly up a couple feet to a roosting bar, but most of my Silkies just make a big fluff pile on the ground. They don't seem to mind.
