Is it to keep the baby chicks vents clean?

If they paste up, their system will back up and the y will die.

Pretty important.

If their vent gets blocked, they cant go potty, things get backed up and it leads to death.

whats the best way to clean them up? Wet paper towel?

A warm wet washcloth or paper towel will do the trick.
