How in the world can I attach a video

I really, really need to attach a video of one of my chickens so hopefully someone can help diagnose a problem. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to do this. I'm asked for a URL or uTube. I'm no computer geek. I can turn my laptop on and off and can attach pictures and videos on emails but that's about it. Also tried to send the video from my Samsung Galaxy 5 - no luck there either. Can someone please help!!! This is urgent.

On your lap top....Click on "reply" here to open up the reply box. In this reply box there is a bunch of tabs at the top. Next to the Smiley Face on the left, is an icon that looks like film tape....click on that. A box will open where you can paste on the URL to your video.

Yes, I got that far but it's asking for a URL. I downloaded the video from my phone to Windows Live Photo Gallery on my desktop for which I have no URL that I'm aware of. Guess I'm just not computer savvy enough to understand what I need to do. Thanks

Copy and past the address in the top of your browser bar into that box when you are on the page that your video is on.
