I think you can get solutions if you help someone when they post a question in the Announcements, Feedback, Site-Issues, & Guides. I'm not sure why casportpony only has one since I'm sure she has found a solution to more than one problem.

Maybe it's an old feature/stat that is no longer utilized. Probably hard to give credit for solving when several people helped in the "solved" thread.

It's fine. Another question is how do you get the BYC Greeter medal? How many times do you have to send the Welcome to BYC GIF to be rewarded with that medal?

To me byc isn't a game so it shouldn't have a reward system. It seems weird to know they have that.
