How lond does it take till holderread get back to you??

I sent in my deposit to holderread last week.......when will they get back to me??? I am SOOOOOOOOOOO excited !!

They are really good about customer communication but if you're unsure, I'd give them a call.

They are good about getting back to people, but they also field a lot of emails and calls. I've sometimes waited a few weeks on email replies.
