How long after hatch do you put in brooder

How long after a chick has hatched do people tend to pop in the brooder please ?

1st time hatching & mixed messages ... so would rather see what people say on here

Once I have at least two, it's as soon as they're dry. Not fluffy, just dry. They fluff up in the brooder just fine

Thank you, there all dry, but it’s because they seem to be getting a little stressed all bouncing about & not settling so I think maybe crowded even though it says can have 20 in this Incubator wouldn’t like to try that one !! Lol

Usually about 12 hours from the time they hatch to the time they’re dry
