How long and how often to Gunieas go Broody?

I wonder if the mixes lay good eggs? If I toss the eggs and get rid of the nest If she would start to come home again at night.
Hybrid eggs will most likely taste the same as a Guinea egg... and also be the same shape/size. If she free ranged for most of her diet I'm betting the eggs are delicious with rich ark almost orange yolks. I wouldn't eat the eggs she's been sitting on tho, if they are fertile they are probably partially developed at this point, ick

And yes, your Hen should come home at nigth once her nest it destroyed. but like I said... she may start laying again somewhere else and eventually go broody on her new pile.

Thanks, Peeps, I'll do that search cuz I think it's an interesting topic but I won't be going for hybrids, especially if they don't live very long. Loved your comment about the 50% guinea "pea brain." If a hybrid is only half as much smarter than a 100% guinea, that isn't saying much! LOL.
