How long are nested eggs good for in the coop?

Good afternoon, Today when cleaning out the coop I discovered that one or two of our chickens are now using the corner of the coop instead of the boxes. there are two different eggs, 6 of one and 2 of the other. and based on that I am assuming they are about 7 days old at most. The seem clean and the bedding is clean, temps have been in the mid to high 80's this week in the sun. (Shaded coop) Can I still eat these eggs? What if anything would I look for if the had "gone bad". Thanks Tim

You’ll know when an egg has gone bad. It reeks. Just crack them individually as you use them and inspect it. If it looks like what you’re used to from your hens eat it. If it’s extra watery or off toss it.

ETA: seeing that the temps have been high I would inspect them closely. If you have an outside dog you can always give it to them 😊
