I am just wondering I have 2 pullets that have started to lay the cutest tiniest eggs but how long will they continue to be tiny? Shell seems good and strong one seems to be laying almost every day missed yesterday but the other does not i have only gotten 3 eggs from her since she started last week any suggestions?

Like riding a bicycle or dancing the tango~ it all takes practice. Pullets laying small eggs is normal. Two of my girls who started laying on the same day, have been "practicing" for about 3 weeks now. At first their eggs were medium at best and they often took a day off in between eggs.. Yesterday and today they both laid eggs that were almost large size. Size can also be determined by the breed of chicken. Mine that are laying are both Production Reds and are known for being egg producers of large brown eggs.
Congratulations!

Well i know of the one that is laying the brown egg i think although i am perplexed on her. I sat and watched her the other day cackle and carry on so i could tell she was getting ready to lay an egg so i waited and sure enough after she came out there was the brown little egg BUT she has white ears! So i thought that if they have the white ears they lay white eggs. Is it possible that i am being tricked here LOL she is a silver laced Wyandotte so i am very confused there. I do have someone laying a white egg but not as frequent and not that day i have not figured out who yet i think it may be my sea bright but not 100% sure and that one is a white egg and she does not have white ears so who knows. I feel like i am going nuts with these hens i have like 14 hens and only 2 have started but my rooster started to cover a couple more so i know it's coming.

Sometimes my chickens have "false alarms". They will sing, and then come out- I check the box and nothing. Not so much now. I don't know much about breeds and ear lobes and how they apply to egg color, but wyandottes lay brown eggs I think.
