How long before I let them in there run?

I let my 5-week-old chicks out into the run after they spent two nights in the coop. A serving of mash was a sure way to get them back in the first couple of evenings. Now they're all tucked in by the time I go down to lock the pop door!

Definitely something to think about....coops that are not well ventilated and/or in direct sun can heat up pretty darn quick.
