how long before newbies can post photos?

have had several attempts but have not been allowed yet.

It can be a trial to get the pictures to upload correctly. I am not aware that there is a time frame before you can upload a picture. i do know that a lot of people have troubles at first.

The issue with posting photos is unfortunately a side effect of getting a ton of spammers recently
