How long before they get along?

My 3 1/2 month old leghorns keep cornering my month old silkies and sex links to the point they won't go out side they keep poking them too, not enough to draw blood but enough to scare them into a corner how much longer until they accept the babies?

Sometimes they will never leave them alone. Are they all in the same coop all the time.
if not you can do 1 of 2 things:
1.keep them each in their own cage, but where they can see each other at all times, so they can get use to them
2. Keep them separated till they are ALL the same size, then introduce them in
