How long can a hen stay off her eggs?

When I let our turkeys free-range, our broody hen abandons her nest for 3-4 hours at a time. It's mid-60s when she does this. Are her eggs still viable, do you think? I haven't candled them yet but will try tomorrow. This is her first clutch.

My hen would be off her nest for about a half an hour a day. Anything longer than an hour and the eggs will cool too much.
