How long can a new pecking order take?

Lol they are blockers that fit in their nostrils and block their view straight ahead. Hard to get mad at what you can't see.

I would say as long as they have enough room & you can make some hiding spots to break direct eye contact may help.
A piece of plywood or a couple boards for the newbies to hide behind. An elevated roost in the run. Basically anything that can be a barrier or separation/partition can help
Lol it’s two of the newbies that are the bullies. My newbies are older than mine. Mine are about 4.5 months and the newbies are around a year old. I picked up 6 and only 2 of them are being full on bullies the other 4 do the normal peck here and there that’s it

Well the newbies still think they are the alpha chics in the flock. A movie comes to mind. "Mean girls" lol. They are college girls bullying high-school female bullies. Haha.

Another option is a mature roo in the mix. Alot of times if no roo is present the alpha female will assume the role of protector & peace keeper.

Lol I had to build a rooster condo off the coop bc he wouldn’t accept the new girls he’s still so mad at them through the fence

I have noticed that with my own flock and I couldn't imagine not having a rooster take the helm instead of a hen.

Oh well that is another aspect of the balance of power. I'm guessing he's a younger roo that the older New gals aren't accepting as dominant. Two power struggles on an already difficult situation. May be better to let him and the two new gals work it out then the whole group.
Be ready to separate if there's blood.

I actually agree with that scenario, because I do remember my rooster challenging my top hen, she was persistent to hold her place. There was feathers and a bit of blood flying around, think the battle lasted for a week, but she definitely gave up and submitted to him. Now they act like soul mates. Weird.

Oh she's a GLW with a terrible temper but now she easy going after being knocked down by the rooster.

What are chicken glasses?

I put them in the coop last night with everyone but then once they were all let out this morning (I had the bullies separated for 2 days) they went right back to it

To make it fun my boys superglued the googly eyes on the glasses. Lol
