How long can I keep collecting eggs to put under a broody hen?

She became broody just on three eggs.

However she was behaving like one from few weeks , walking around puffed up. Shouting if someone entered the coop etc

I have only one day left for eggs to hatch . Shall i put them under a hen who is broody from few days?

They are in an incubator I presume? You can put them under a broody hen, but your next reply sounds like she's already sitting on three eggs? I would take those three eggs away from the broody hen when you give her yours, unless hers were also going to hatch in a day.

Also, with one day to go, be sure no eggs have pipped before opening the incubator. If so, I'd leave them all in there and try to give her the chicks after they are fluffy and dry. Good luck!
