How long can I wait before putting them in the incubator

I got some eggs shipped from @Pierre duck drake and I got them yesterday. I have them pointy side down, as I think they should be, and they will sit like that for 24 hours. The thing is I need to modify my incubator a bit. I need to go buy a mini fan and some other things tomorrow so it can circulate air better etc. I haven’t gotten to it since I moved today. Is it ok for the eggs to wait like another 32-48 hours? I need to let the incubator sit after I get it set up since I need to be sure it stays the same temp and humidity and such. I can readjust the egg positions if you think I should. Please be patient if im doing something wrong. This is my first hatch attempt and I have no idea what I’m doing, plus I’m in the middle of moving. 😵‍💫😵‍💫

Ok thank you. So I need to get a fan to help circulate the air in there better…. Would any mini plug in fan work? And how would I run the cord to power? This is the incubator I have

Your model says that a fan is built in. You could get a mini fan if you want. The smallest one possible should work. There should be notches on the edges of the incubator you can run cords through.
The incubator does have a built in fan, but I’ve read a ton of reviews that say the air was not circulating enough and the eggs on the outside got too cold and died. I’m in a pinch and a friend had this one so it’s all I’ve got

Oh okay! A personal fan should work. I have seen them at five below, but they change their items all of the time.

I got the incubator set up. I don’t have a fan yet… it’s coming tomorrow. My question is, I have it set up in the kitchen, but there’s a running ceiling fan… and the windows are open since the air conditioning isn’t work i right now, and the temperature in the house goes up and down during day and night… will this be an issue? And do I need to take the turner out?

Sorry for all this like last minute questions. I have no clue what I’m doing, and for the last 48 hours I’ve been moving and I feel like I’ve been hit by a dump truck. 😅😩

Yeah, inconsistencies in the room temperature can make the incubator temps go up and down some.
You don't have to take the turner out, but the temperature on top of the eggs is hard to get, and I've found the turner in those incubators made my hatch rate go down. If you are able to hand turn then do it, if not you'll want to use the turner.
It's good to put it by the wall like you did. Out of the way so it doesn't get bumped into.

Is it super super concerning for it to go up and down a bit? I don’t really have another good spot for it. I forgot to put a towel under it so I can do that now. Should I put a small towel over it too? Or not?
