How long can incubating eggs live at high temp ?

So I've been having a problem with the temp in the LG incubator. Now that I think that it is straightened out , my question is if the temp was above 102 do the eggs have any chance of living at 9 days of incubation ? I'm just borrowing this incubator , I would NEVER buy one , I've had nothing but problems with it from the beginning , and the person that let me borrow it lost a whole batch in it before me !! I just want to know if I have a chance of any hatches?!?!

First keep bators in a room with a steady temp,i like closets or spare rooms.
some times they do have temp swings,and i had mine go up to 109 and still made it to hatch day...Only thing i did to kill a bunch was trip over the cord and flip the bator upside down killing 10 of em on hatch day
