Chicken closing eyes while standing up

Hi! First time chicken mom here. My girls are 2.5 months. I noticed tonight one of my New Hampshires was acting a little odd… closing her eyes for 5-10 seconds while standing in the run. She seemed normal earlier today, eating & such. Haven’t noticed any abnormal poops. However, she was badly bullying another hen to the point of bleeding, so she has had Pinless Peepers on for 6 days now. That’s all I can think of that may be wrong? They’re roosting in the coop for the night now, but I came in to google only to be terrified by worse case scenarios. Please help! My tummy hurts with worry!

What else is she doing while closing her eyes? Does she go off and stand by herself away from others? Is it random? And how often does she do it? Is she acting sluggish other than that?

It's pretty normal for chickens to take a lil nap during the day now and then, or doze off when bored or something. My chickens used to do it as part of their routine, going about their day then occasionally stand and snooze and doze off. Context really matters.
