HOW long chicks grow?

I have 4 months old chiks and i think most of them are not even close to maturity, so my question is how long chiks growth can last?

They say it takes a full year to reach maturity size, however I have seen some of mine continue to grow up to their second year.

depends on the breed or mix of breeds. My pheonixes usually get their genelder coloring within 12 weeks, but don't get to the right size until around 9 months. My calico princess is a early April gal and she's at full size now.

thsnk i ask beacuse i have girils that's vary in size a lot they are all mixed and all hatched o2.5.2020, but some of them looks like adult and some are still like baby

They have along way to go yet. All birds and breeds grow at different rates, some grow quicker than others. And they may appear to be fully grown when they begin laying, but internally they are still developing their reproductive systems, lungs are expanding, liver grows larger, they will continue to grow ever so slightly for at least 1 more year.
