So I bought some eggs from a farmer yesterday and accidentally left them in my car all afternoon and overnight. It was in the 60s during the day and 50s at night. Can I still eat the eggs or are they bad now. They were without refrigeration for a good 18 hours or so.

Hi!
i read somewhere that eggs can stay out on the counter for at least 6 months unwashed.
you had the eggs in the car so i would test them in water. if i remember correctly if they are good they will sink. if not they will float.
hope this helps

I leave mine on the counter too. If the girls are laying well and the older eggs are piling up I just boil them for snacks or salad every two to three weeks.
