How long do I leave mama on the nest?

And there is still cheeping coming from a couple eggs so maybe I will wait longer?
Absolutely. That means they are alive and hatching. Leave mom alone and she will finish hatching them. I have also seen hens assist their chicks in hatching when needed.

So Thursday night the final chick hatched but seems like it isn’t thriving. It is so behind the other chicks which mom is now taking out and about but this one just stands huddled apart from the rest and cheeps and today I noticed her vent was bloody and so I separated her and the next time she tried to poop her vent prolapsed. I’ve never had this happen before and not sure what to do. I tried to give her some water and she drank a bit off my finger (I was careful) now she is just sleeping under my hand
