How long do I wait before I give up on the eggs hatching?

I had one egg hatch on day 22. One more started, but died. I figured out now that my thermometer was off and the incubator was a couple degrees cooler than I thought all along. Is there any hope for the rest of the eggs or should I just give up on them now? It is day 23.

The one that hatched is doing great. We named it "Lucky"

There are so many things that go wrong with eggs that they are dying right now and you can't get them to develop any more than they already have, if they aren't already dead. So many things could have gone wrong, from too much humidity, a spike in temp above 102 for more than an hour would kill most of them but not necessarily all.

I know it sounds bad, but if the don't hatch within the next 24hrs. You'll want to save energy and start over with new eggs. I don't expect to get anything after 23 days for chickens, good luck, hope you get some more.

After all of the drama with my eggs this week I bought a new thrmometer and humidity gage. I checked it next to my old one and the temp difference was *gasp* SEVEN degrees. Some times things just don't work, but the baby I do have was from an end of day 24 egg.
