How long do I wait?

Today (Monday) is day 22 on my eggs, 3 of them hatched yesterday pretty much right in a row. I took them out once they were dry and added more water to the bator to get the humidity back up. Just not sure how long I should wait or what I should do about the other 8 eggs. Help?

Others have reported eggs hatching as late as day 25 for chickens, so I would at least give it a couple more days to be safe.
