How long do the baby ducks need to be inside?

I just got ducklings a week ago and the room they are currently in is separate from all the other animals in the house but because it is closed off, it is starting to smell. How long until the ducklings can go to their outside coop? They are 2 weeks old.

Many of us do not brood our birds in the house at all. they are brooded in the coop, or even an outside brooder with a heating pad cave. for more information, you can do a topic search.

Ducklings can be brooded outside as long as they can have shelter and be kept warm over night....I have Ducklings that have been brooded in my garage and then moved to the coop....Ducklings are tougher than Chicks.....

Now they are a month and a week old and they are almost all white with about 1/4 of their feathers. Their outside coop has been built and I was thinking about leaving them in there during the day so they had more space to roam and explore. Then at night I would bring them back inside so they are not too cold.
