How long do these breeds take to lay?

I have two white Cochins, a white crested black Polish, and a porcelain D'uccle. I am wondering about what age they will start laying. They are all 18 weeks and I turn on a light for them at sunset and turn it off at 9pm. Thank you.

here’s average laying time: (at least for my birds)
Cochin-5-6 months
Polish-5-8 months
D’uccle- I haven’t had this breed but google says 6 months
