How long do you collect eggs before puting them in the incubator?

I want to know everyone's opinion on how long they collect turkey eggs for before putting them in the incubator. My hen lays every other day, so far I have 4 eggs. What is the maximum length of time to continue collecting?

I collected since 3/13 and set on the 26th. I suspect they'd be like chicken eggs where hatchablility drops the longer they're saved, dramaticly dropping after a week. Say it goes from 80% rate to 60% to 40% and so on... something like that.

I prefer to have them ten days old or less. But this next batch is going to be as much as three weeks because my box is full and there's no room to set them any sooner. Ten days or less and you'll have the best viability.
