I read that you can store hatching eggs up to a week or so with no noticeable loss of fertility. does anyone have experience with storing them longer? I would be willing to sacrifice a bit of fertility for a wider selection of eggs to choose from. Thanks!

I've only done one hatch in the bator--so far--

and most of the eggs were only a couple of days old, but I put one EE egg in that was 2-weeks old and it hatched. I believe common wisdom is up to 10 days is good, but after that viability drops quickly. Some will still hatch like mine did, but the percentage goes down.
