How long do you keep Poulets in the incubator???

I had one little turkey hatch last night during the night and have two eggs pipped. Do I take the one that hatched out, or leave him in and wait until the others hatch. He is dried off and peeping away, but I hate to lose that humidity or risk shrink wrapping the other two. The humidity recovers pretty quickly in the R-com... What do you think????

leave him in for now.. he'll be fine.. plus his peeping and kicking the other eggs may help them to pip and zip

CONGRATS ON THE HATCH!

You shouldnt worry about him he'l be fine. In nature they stay under their mom for the first day and a half anyways, so leavin him in the bator is not gona do anithing wrong. Well, hope more hatch and Good Luck!
