How long does a disease last in the coop?

I have a dog house that I converted into a coop, but haven't used in about a year. I have no plans to ever use it again as I have two bigger an better coops, so I plan to sell this one for a few bucks as its still in good shape. I also fixed all the rotted wood and repainted it.

I never ever had a disease problem, but I would like to definetely label it as "disease free" if I sell it. If there was some disease in there that my chickens were immune to, would it be gone now a year later?

No diseases and it's been cleaned out, and it's been a year...sell it. Good luck!
