I think this is what my Buff Orp Agatha had earlier this fall. She was fully recovered a full month after her antibiotic treatment.

Generally wry neck is caused by vitamin deficiency, not an illness that an antibiotic can cure, so maybe her bird had something else. We have silkies who are more prone to wry neck, so I ensure they get plenty of black oil sunflower seeds (BOSS) as they are high in selenium and vit. E, the two things people generally use to cure chickens of wry neck. We also give them Poultry Drench in their water about once a week and a few rooster booster granules in their crumbles.
