I got some rescue hens on Sunday, and from them I have only got 1 egg. Will it take a few weeks until they begin to lay again?
How long does it take until a hen gets back into routine?

Mine took about a week to get back in the swing of things. Good luck!!!
Mine took 2 days to lay an egg for me.
