How long for feathers to grow back?

When I checked on my chicks (1 month old) tonight, I discovered that 3 have large bare spots on their backs. Especially my silver laced polish. Poor babies. I'm so sad!!! And I'm mad at whichever chick did it. And I feel guilty that it happened. They're such sweeties (except the bad egg).

So I'm going to move the picked on ones to a separate cage first thing in the morning. I'm wondering how long it takes for the feathers to grow back. Is there something else that I should do?
