I have Turkey chicks hatching today, I’ve never hatched eggs before, they’re peeping and some have holes in the shell. How long now before they fully come out? If they don’t, can I assist?

Here is an article with lots of information:

Short answer, from the first hole in the shell, it can take 24 hours or more before they come the rest of the way out.

After they make that first hole, they spend a long time absorbing the yolk. It can be hard to wait because it doesn't look like they are doing anything, but if you try to help them out too soon they will often bleed badly and die.

(The article I linked is a better expert than I am-- I have just learned the very basics, such as being patient and waiting even when that is hard.)
