How long from first peck to full hatch?

I only ask because I had a tiny hole bust through at 4am and then it was slightly bigger at 6:30am
but since then absolutely nothing.. and also since then 2 other eggs went from zero to hatch.

Should I be worried?

It can take up to 24 hours.

I can sometimes take only an hour or so, but then again I have had some pip and not hatch for a day or more. It all depends on the chick.
