How long is Coccidiosis contagious for?

Recently, I got two 7 week old pullets that had some blood in their poop and presume they had coccidiosis. I have been dosing them with Corid for 3 days now and haven't seen any blood since the first 48 hours of treatment. These pullets are still in quarantine but I was just wondering when they are not contagious anymore and can start to be around the rest of my flock. I will continue their treatment and quarantine period but just don't want to be careless at this stage and spread anything.
Thanks!

I would wait until you’re done with the corid treatment before you put them with anyone else. If there’s blood in their poop it’s still present.

Thanks so much for your response @FortCluck. Right now, they are in a completely separate building than my other pullet that I previously had. I was hoping to move the two new pullets side-by-side with my existing pullet (but in separate cage) but didn't know if it might be too soon and my existing pullet might still be able to get coccidiosis from them.

In terms of treatment I was thinking of dosing them for 5 days on a heavier dose and then 5 more days on a lighter dose. Hopefully that will be sufficient...

Forever, once a bird has been exposed. All birds exposed to it carry it for life, even those treated with medication.

Thank you so much @centrarchid @Kiki and @FortCluck! What a relief to see that I have been using the correct dosing (Corid powder). Thinking of introducing the two new pullets to the same building as my other pullet after five days of treatment but not coming into direct contact with the flock until 14 days of treatment....hopefully that should be enough time to make sure everybody will stay healthy:)
Thanks again!
