Humidity doesn't really matter once they are out. I would leave her in though, bc she's so brand new. The black is probably just embryonic waste.
it doesn't look like blood, right? Watch that her navel heals.
maybe put some betadine or iodine on it in a few hours just so bacteria don't enter it.
