How long off eggs?

Hi, we've had some fertillised eggs from a friend and put them under our broody silkie. She was broody before we put them in, and has stopped sitting on them two days ago. They were left for 12 hrs or so until another hen stepped in and is now sitting on them. She's still there as I type, but I was wondering if these will hatch? They are meant to hatch roughly tomorrow (Tuesday).
How long can eggs go without heat? They were three or four days off hatching when left.

They might, they might hatch late... maybe not at all, maybe they were left because they wouldn't hatch...

Thanks for the reply That's what we're doing now, waiting and seeing. We did candle the eggs a few days ago and removed the unfertilised ones. But to be fair the Silkie sat her time and must have assumed they were not going to hatch.
