How long should I wait?

How long should I wait to try to start hatching eggs after a hen starts laying for the 1st time?

I dont think, you would want to use little pullet eggs, but i dont know the answer either.

well i hatched some of my pullets eggs bout a week after they started laying and out of 3 eggs one was clear one quit and the other hatched out into a pretty little hen
