how long til eggs get bigger

Hey, I have one RIR who has been laying for about a week and a half. 2 LH who have been laying every other day for a week. How long until the eggs get bigger?? I thought it would have happened by now (I don't know why I think that, but I think it is about time). BTW Today was so fun, I am used to going out to collect one measly old egg every day, 2 if I am lucky.....today there were 5!!!! It was so fun, 2 were from my EE's, one was sage green and the other more blue!!

Sometimes it can take a month or more, sometimes less. I finally got a basket and put some fleece in it and use it to collect eggs. Too many to put in my pocket. Not good for egg to break in pocket, LOL. Ick.

It's been a little over a month for some of my girls laying... and they are now starting to look really nice.
