How Long til?

How long do you wait til you intervene? (first time hatcher here have 6 eggs waiting to hatch) Have already had 2 chicks hatch this morning but there is a 3rd that has pipped but was wonder how long can it take for a chick to hatch once its pipped? The humidity is anywhere from 70-75% temp goes up and down. but it has been pipped for almost 5hrs now just didn't know what to do? Hopefully the membrane doesn't dry out. Thanks for any help

It can easily take 24 hours from pip to hatch.

I don't believe in intervening myself.

I wouldn't worry just yet. I have had chicks take up to 30 hours before. You never want to help too soon as that can be fatal. Here is a guide in case if you do need to intervene later.
