how long till a chicken gets as big as it's gonna get (full grown)?

Not necessarily laying, but just full size....I'm waiting for them to get that real 'chicken' look, and I have no patience!!!

My chickens are almost 1 year old now, and looked about the same at 7 months old.

I find most of mine get to an "adult" age at about 7-8 months, but don't get the real filled out adult size builds and bodies till about 18 months old.
