How long 'till eggs from 12 week olds under lights as of today?

A week? Less? More? LOL. I'm getting impatient.

I would think within a week or so. Maybe even less. When I first turned our lights on, I had a pen of young birds that hadn't laid yet, and they started laying two days later. Probably coincidence, but who knows.

ETA: I'm assuming you're talking about Coturnix.

LOL...I should have clarified...I'm terrible with remembering the details that make answering a question possible.

Yes, they are jumbo coturnix. Big birds now...bigger than I expected them to be! I can't wait until they start pulling their weight. LOL!
