How long till they lay after a move?

I brought home new ducks on Friday who are all supposed to be either laying already or about to... but no eggs. And my two hens wont lay now since these new ducks came home too! Whats wrong?

Same thing happend to me! I got a new duck supposed to be laying already, it tock her somthing like 2 1/2 to give me an egg

It doesnt make sense that my old ducks are refusing to lay now too...

Same thing here!! I have 4 females, and sometimes I get an egg or two in the morning, but some mornings nothing!!!

is it pecking order?? sometimes ducks dont lay until "things" are straightend out.
