How long to keep a feather-picker separated?

I had a thought last night (this is the kind of thing that pops into my head at 3 a.m. LOL) Does it matter that they all can still see each other? I'm just wondering if I should remove her completely out of the coop for a few days or if she's fine in her little penned off area.

Thanks for the suggestion BeeKissed! If the separation doesn't work, I will try the salt.

Carrie-- I will keep everyone posted. I really appreciate the help and hope this works. I'm so happy to hear some success stories, hopefully mine will be one too!
