I know it's recommended to keep paper towels over bedding in the brooder. How long should I keep doing this?

Ok. I've had my girls since Thursday and they have been eating beautify since day one. They've been really pecking at be paper towels and was wondering if it was best if I take it out.Usually 2-3 days is sufficient for them to get the hang of eating their chick feed. Day 1 - sprinkle chick feed on the paper towels and offer it in a chick feeder. Days 2 and 3, just have the feed available in the feeder, and make sure everyone is eating OK. By day 4, you should be able to remove the paper towels completely.
