How long to reach certain size for BBW?

We did ok this year with our tukeys, but most of them were much bigger than our customers had asked for. Most of them just gulped and bought them anyway, but next year we would like to get closer to the mark.

Most want between 10 and 15 pounds, processed. About how long does it take to get a BBW or BBB to that size, normally? We could then process at about that age next time, which would save in feed and labor, and help our customers on Thanksgiving day.

Id say about 3 months I had my bbw turkey since the middle of may and just culled him on monday and he was 38#. That was with constant access to food also. I had no leg roblems or heart issues.
