How long to wait for possible chicks to hatch?

:/Can someone tell me how long I should wait to assume the 6 eggs are not going to hatch. I have a hen that's been brooding on 6 eggs now for approx. 24 days. I have an active rooster who is all the time
riding the hens.... so I'm assuming some were fertilized. I'm new at this. I didn't candle the eggs. How long should I wait? What do I do with them?

She should kick the eggs out if they are bad, but I'm kinda new at this too. I'd say give her a couple more days. If she got off the nest and the eggs cooled a little they will take longer to hatch than 21 days.

She gets off the nest once a day for about 10 minutes... today is day 25...... she's committed to sitting on them.... I'll give it a few more days.
