Is it possible to get two Brody hens to adopt and then coparent chicks together?

So we have these 2 hens, Broody Itch(red) and Thief(black). Red goes into broody, cranky mode at the drop of a hat. Thief always starts 7 days later, sits on a nest very close by. When Broody Itch has her first chick hatch, you guessed it, Thief becomes a momma really fast, abandoning her eggs 2/3rds in. Red rides it out, hatches her remaining eggs, and is a great mom, too. Then I break out the incubator and finish Thief's eggs and slide the chicks to each of them at night keeping the number even. They spend the nights in their own spaces and co parent during the day.
