How long until fertilized eggs are clean?

I have 2 hens and a roo I'm trying to selectively breed (bantam EE's). I separated the hens for a week, then introduced the selected roo. It has been two weeks now and I'm wondering if the eggs would be clean of any other roo's seed by now?

By what I have read it take two weeks to clear out the last of the other rooster. But there have been cases where it has taken a little longer. Wait three to be sure.
